Remittal of the GRMA Per Loan Fees collected for the period July 1, 2013 thru December 31, 2013 was due by March 1, 2014

To avoid fines for failure to report / remit Georgia Residential Mortgage Act (GRMA) fees, financial institutions and mortgage licensees and registrants who act as the collecting agent (including brokers who table fund and collect the fee) should complete the GRMA Fee Statement Form. This form should be completed and submitted to the Department even if no mortgage loans were made and no fees are due.

If you did not submit the GRMA Fees for the above period, please complete the GRMA Fee Statement Report form and send it with your remittance by check (if payment is due) to:

Georgia Department of Banking and Finance
2990 Brandywine Road, Suite 200
Atlanta, Georgia 30341-5565

Late remittance of the GRMA Per Loan Fees may subject you to a late fine.

The online reporting site will reopen in July 2014 for GRMA Per Loan Fee payments for the fees collected January 1, 2014 thru June 30, 2014.
